Conception

During the conceptual phase, we focus on rough, general planning around an idea. In an initial estimate, we assess the future chances of the project. We support you in creating feasible and forward-thinking concepts. In this process, you benefit from our long years of experience and have a competent partner at your side to keep an eye on the viability of ideas at all times. We know: All roads lead to Rome. But there is always a more efficient way, which fits better to your ideas and products. We help you to set out on the best path, right at the beginning.

Research & Development

Research and development is of central importance for Hadi-Plast. Because only the systematic search for new solutions and innovative ideas guarantees our customers the best possible result. Our customers benefit from many years of experience with thermoplastics, our internal knowledge and quality management and our network of experts at technical colleges and universities. New technologies and new findings are thus turned into a competitive advantage for our customers at Hadi-Plast. The practical implementation of new processes and solutions and the continuous development of proven processes is one of our core competencies.

Prototyping

In order to make an idea a reality, it must first be visualized and examined closely. Hadi-Plast supports and accompanies you at every stage of product development: We have the knowledge to quickly and precisely develop high-quality prototypes - based on an idea or concept - to analyze all aspects of a solution and to check desired requirements and functionalities. Especially in the development of new products, high costs can be avoided and risks can be excluded by competent prototyping.

Project Management

Only reliable planning and competent project monitoring lead to success. Hadi-Plast has the necessary, long-standing expertise in development and realization of individual products. Our project managers will provide you with advice and assistance in the planning, implementation and control of your project and coordinate a smooth project process. Projects are implemented on the basis of agreed project roadmaps. A main contact will keep you informed about the status of the project on an ongoing basis so that a reliable exchange of relevant information can be guaranteed. To control the project processes, a project management system is used which ensures coordination and controlling.

Quality

During the project planning phase, the quality planning is already being started. This ist the only way to implement effective quality assurance in conjuction with series production. A constant improvement of quality through fault analysis and fault assessments is one oft he standards within a production process for us. Our customers do not only benefit from structurally integrated quality management and our modern machinery, but also from our highly motivated employees who always keep an eye on continuous optimizations in quality and production.

The production at Hadi-Plast is mainly in-house manufacturing with the most modern equipment. From small quantities to mass production: Continuous capacity utilisation and efficient capacity planning enable Hadi-Plast to offer ist customers the best possible conditions. You benefit from our know-how and gain competitive advantages through perfectly coordinated production processes and the highest quality standards. In the logistics area, we ensure that all processes interlock perfectly and that the end products arrive quickly and on time at the customers.
